When a man is accused of abusing a woman or child, any concept of due process and “innocent until proven guilty” flies out the window. The legal principle, a presumption of innocence, is woefully fragile.

Tactless judge horrifies parents
Unbelievable this filthy judge should be stood down immediately. Our justice system is run by depraved scum of the earth. Nobody can respect these creeps that sit behind our court benches. Judges are overpaid lazy nitwits who are accountable to nothing and nobody. This stinks big time!If the silly mad cow judge said that about my daughters attacker then I would slap the mad maggot in the face.
